Non-EU Orders

For shipments delivered outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, customs handling fees, brokerage charges, and other import-related costs imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees collected at checkout.

The recipient is fully responsible for paying all such charges at the time of import.

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original product.

Your refund for the returned item will be issued once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
