Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect appears within 3 months of purchase. To ensure the longest possible lifespan of your garments, please follow all care instructions on the Clothing Care Labels.

Products exposed to prolonged direct sunlight or strong, continuous LED lighting may experience sun or light damage. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by such exposure.

After 3 months from your order date, items are no longer classified as faulty. Any issues that arise beyond this period will be regarded as normal wear and tear.

We’re sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged. Please email a clear photo of the issue along with your order details to our support team at Contact Us so we can assist you with a solution as quickly as possible.

Please note that damaged items reported more than 90 days after the order date are not eligible for return or refund.
