We want you to love your Hazelight gear – but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’d like to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Returns must be initiated via our return portal.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
• We do not offer prepaid return labels.
Accepted Return Reasons
Please note that meeting an accepted return reason does not guarantee approval. All items must also meet our condition requirements and will be inspected upon return.
• Wrong size or color (unworn items only)
• Changed your mind
• Received incorrect or damaged item
Note:
For damaged or incorrect items, please include a photo when submitting your return via the portal.
Rejected Return Reasons
- The return is requested after the 30-day return window
- The item has been used, worn, or altered
- The item is not in its original condition, packaging, or is missing tags
- The item shows signs of use such as stains, odors, laundry detergent residue, or pet hair/fur
- The product was damaged after delivery and not due to shipping
- The item falls under non-returnable categories such as digital products or gift cards
- No valid proof of purchase or return request was submitted through the return portal
- For damaged item claims, no supporting photos were provided
- The return appears to be misuse of the policy or fraudulent activity
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. This includes assessing whether items are unused and in their original condition, with the goal of ensuring a fair and consistent experience for all customers.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or future transactions in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the return policy, or excessive return behavior.
In circumstances where a return is accepted outside of the 30-day return window, or where valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, any refund issued may be processed as store credit or in accordance with applicable local laws.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
